• The term “user” refers to any person using the site for any purpose, whether they are registered users, paid clients using our services, or any person using the site or any legal entity represented by such person.
• Anyone who does not agree with any of the Terms cannot access the site or its services.
• Membership shall be activated within two working days of receiving the payment. The services will continue for the period for which activation charges has been submitted. The company may revise the membership charges as per its discretion.
• Using the Paid Services require users to adhere to these Terms as well as the Terms applicable to the specific services. In case of a conflict between the two, it shall be resolved in the best interest of the company.
• Registered users agree to receive communications from the company and its associates, as the case may be.
• The Terms may be changed anytime, and the amended Terms shall be posted on the website promptly. The changed terms will be applicable soon after their posting on the website.
• The company reserves the right to block or delete any account or webpage, as per its discretion without offering any reason; and the user shall not have any right against the company or the site under such circumstances.

• The company/site shall not be responsible for any user conduct or the accuracy, lawfulness or propriety of any third party content posted on the website. The damage consequential of such action is not the responsibility of the site/company.
• The site shall not be responsible for any damage arising from users’ inability to access or use the site or its features at any point of time.
• Users shall agree to accept the Copyright Policy when using the content, information and data displayed on the website.
• Users shall read and accept the site’s Privacy Policy, which shall be published on the site. Any modifications in the Privacy Policy shall be updated through the website.
• Users must adhere to the intellectual property rights of other users; those found as repeat copyright infringers shall have their accounts terminated, upon the discretion of the company.
• Users shall not put large load on the site’s infrastructure or try to weaken the integrity of the company’s computer systems or networks.
• The company prohibit users from sending mass mails/spam from our servers.
• Access to our website is facilitated through third party servers. Any disruption or interruption of services due to technical problems or hacking, and the damages suffered thereof by any user, shall not be the responsibility of the site/company.

• Registered Users are users who fill out an online registration form at the website, by providing their personal and business information. Each registered user shall have an account, and a “user ID” and password.

• Registered users shall not transfer or sell their account to a third party without the consent of the site.
• The company reserves the right to terminate or suspend a registered users’ account with a 24-hour notice or with no notice at all.
• The site may deny registration or issuance of email ID to any user without issuing any reason.

• The site provides free user access to some pages, and the rest can be accessed only by paid users. However, the company reserves the right to change any page from free to paid, at any point of time.
• Features of paid services accessible to a user may depend on the chosen package and other variables.
• The company may also modify or suspend paid services, at any time, with an amendment in Terms.

• Only registered members can post information on the site.
• The site may remove any material that it believes to be unlawful, illegal or violating the agreement. The user shall not submit any information that is untrue, fraudulent, misleading, obscene or those prohibited by the law, contain viruses, promote discrimination, invade anyone’s privacy, or is stolen or counterfeit.

• The company shall not be liable for damages caused by the delay in services or content delivered through the site.

The site also does not vouch for the quality, lawfulness, safety or availability of products or services offered on sale at the website. Users shall confirm the reliability of sellers/buyers on their own, and the site shall not be held liable for any damages or loss arising from any fraudulent transactions on the site.
• In case of a dispute regarding any transactions with a party, the site shall be released from the claims, costs, proceedings, actions and damages of any sort, arising from such transactions.
• All transactions at the site happen with user consent; hence, money once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstance.
• An order, once placed, cannot be cancelled for whatever reason, as they are sent for processing instantly.
